Weekly Update April 25 2020

I hope everyone is well and finding ways to reach out to each other in a safe manner. It is definitely a challenge even for those of us who are loners but not hermits. One would think we'd all be exercising more -- not! It is harder not to get a bit depressed, but not impossible.

We have to stay connected in whatever way we can!

This Sunday is Native American Ministries Sunday so check out the information in the bulletin.

Bryan Sable, our fabulous Music Director, is continuing with our weekly Wednesday concerts at noon via Facebook. If you'd like to underwrite one of them, just let Bryan know -- [email protected] This has been a real mood lifter and great fun because they're informal and just plain wonderful!

Pastor Dennis has also begun a weekly 5 minute Wednesday reflection at 2pm, which also has been something to look forward to for a spiritual lift during the week.

Bonnie Swenson has given us another way to e-give through our smartphones by text messaging. The instructions are included in one of the attachments. Once the account is set up, it's super easy and quick to do. Bonnie and I have set it up on our phones and it works! It's part of our e-giving account through NCS. The contributions go directly into our bank account and you can designate and it's included in your giving statements -- so look at the attachment.
